  • Our Website: On our website, users can, among other things, request dining reservations through a link that takes you to our service provider OpenTable’s website, submit requests for quotes for private events, purchase gift cards, request non-profit donations for organizations and events, submit prospective band information for events with live music, request dance lessons, and access information regarding our Services. When submitting such requests, we may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, financial and payment information, information relating to band and performing inquiries, and business and federal tax information. We also collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and information regarding your usage of our website to learn more about how you use our website and your preferences, and for statistical purposes.
  • In-Person Visits: If you visit our restaurant in Anaheim, California, we may collect your name, email address, and financial and payment information. Some of the activities at the Ranch may also be photographed, videotaped and/or live-streamed. We collect this information to process payments, communicate to you, stream some of our performances, and for security purposes.
  • When You Contact Us: When you contact us by phone, email, social media, or otherwise, we or our service providers may collect names, user names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, birthdays, anniversaries, and any other information you provide as part of your communication or inquiry. We collect this information to address your questions, comments, and concerns, and to grow and foster our relationship with you and/or your organization.

WHETHER WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may, however, share your personal information with service providers who assist us with taking reservations, marketing and with cloud storage and technology services.

Moreover, we use Google Analytics as a service provider to track and report website traffic and usage based on your web usage or your computer’s browsing activity over time and across websites.
