Saloon Reservation Guidelines

Don't want to wait in line? Make a Reservation! In the Saloon, ALL tables are available for reservations. Whether you're watching the entertainment from the comfort of a booth, or need to be closer to the action of the dance floor or stage; there is a little something for everyone. For Saloon reservations, please call 714.817.4204.

  • Reservations are strongly recommended and the ONLY way to receive a guaranteed seat in the Saloon every Wednesday through Sunday. Guests are welcome to sit at unreserved tables on all nights. The drink rail and bar seats are offered on a first come first serve basis, and fill up quickly so come early. Drink Rail seats cannot be saved or reserved.
  • Saloon cover charge applies to all guests, including those with reservations. It covers your entry into the Saloon with a DJ and FREE Dance Lessons each night as well as Live Bands on select nights.
  • No outside food, alcohol, or decorations may be brought into the Saloon. For those celebrating a birthday or special occasion, a variety of customized cakes made by Award-Winning Pastry Chef, David Rossi, are available for purchase. A reservation, and 72 hours notice is required for cake orders.
  • One Saloon cover charge is waived for each dining restaurant guest, who has purchased an entree with beverage. Dining in the Restaurant does not guarantee a seat or booth in the Saloon.

Saloon Booth & Table Reservations

Saloon tables are perfect for smaller groups who wish to order off the Saloon menu during a night of dancing the two-step or line dancing to our live country bands and DJ. Guests looking for more of an expanded restaurant dinner menu will appreciate the booths, located just above the sunken dance floor and center to the Saloon stage.

  • For Booth Reservations both the restaurant menu and the saloon menu are offered to order from. Table reservations are only offered the saloon menu. Booths seat a maximum of 6 people. One booth per party.
  • Reserved booths and tables are guaranteed with a Food & Beverage minimum. One check per booth or table will be presented, and a 20% gratuity plus current sales tax will be applied to the final bill total.
  • Saloon cover charge does not count towards Food & Beverage minimum requirements.
  • Multiple tables can be reserved based on availability.

Saloon Large Party Reservations

There are two areas in the Saloon available to accommodate parties of 15 or more. Located near the stage and dance floor, the Longhorn Corral and the Mustang Corral give your party more of an exclusive feel.

  • Longhorn Corral - Bar Height Tables, 24 guests maximum
  • Mustang Corral - Counter Height Tables, 32 seated guests maximum

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Friday & Saturday Reservations

The Saloon requires a credit card guarantee at time of reservation for guests coming into THE RANCH Saloon on Friday and Saturday nights for all table & booth reservations. Providing a credit card guarantees saloon guests a seated reservation. If you need to cancel, you must cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation time. THE RANCH Saloon Box Office closes at 10:00pm. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, it is considered a no-show and you will be charged $25 per person.
